About Mr. Weber
Maximilian Weber completed his mechanical engineering studies at RWTH Aachen University in 2018, specializing in aeronautical engineering. From 2009 to 2013 he gained professional experience in the automotive aftermarket in the areas of sales, human resources and management. During his studies, he was also employed from 2014 to 2018 as an assistant scientist at the Institute of Structural Mechanics and Lightweight Design Aachen (SLA), where he was responsible for test planning and execution as well as tutor for the courses "Lightweight Design" and "Structural Design for Aerospace".
Since his employment as a researcher at the SLA, he has been investigating innovative solutions for energy generation on vibrating aircraft structures within the EnerVib project. Due to his studies and professional activities he has a profound knowledge in the field of material investigations by thermography and experimental characterization.
