About Mr. Wang

Jianxia Wang studied at the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics from 2003 to 2007, majoring in Aircraft Design and Engineering at School of Astronautics. 2009 he received his master’s degree in Engineering Mechanics from the School of Aerospace. Soon afterwards Mr. Wang started his career at the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. Next, he worked for two years at the AVIC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd. He has a profound knowledge in the research fields of Composite structures design and analysis, Methodology development and validation for mechanically fastened composite joints and allowable test of aircraft composite structures. Since 2016 he is part of the SLA team, with a research focus in mechanically fastened composite joints and Aircraft Composite structures design and analysis.
